Palmerston North is set to host an epic fight night on Saturday, 7th March, as Adrenaline X takes place at the Awapuni Function Centre from 7pm.

To headline the card, a four-man K1 eliminator tournament is scheduled at 75kg, along with two separate New Zealand title fights under the Adrenaline banner. The undercard is yet to be announced but will be posted on Fight News as it becomes available.

Four-Man Eliminator Tournament

The tournament sees four of New Zealand’s best at 75kg step into the ring to fight under K1 rules until one man emerges as the champion. The contenders are:

Sam Gourley of Maranui Muay Thai Wellington

Corin Braddick of Oliver MMA Kapiti Coast

Tony Jaggard of Mana Muay Thai Palmerston North

Stacey Te Kuru of the Lion Pit Wellington

These four men are all experienced fighters who will bring their A-game on the night. There is likely to be at least one knockout between all of these finishers!

Adrenaline New Zealand Flyweight Female Title

This fight sees Amy Pearse, the current WKBF 58.2kg New Zealand Champion fighting out of ROC Taupo, take on a very game Kellen Dalton from Auckland for the Adrenaline NZ Flyweight title. The title is under full Thai rules, so expect a full complement of eight weapons to be used by both women.

Adrenaline New Zealand Welterweight Title

The second title fight is between two competitors not yet announced but will be fought for the New Zealand Welterweight (67kg) under full Thai rules. There will be blood.
