This Sunday at 2pm, boxing fans will have their bums glued to seats as they watch New Zealand's Joseph Parker take on Shawndell Winters.

The pair will square off before Mikey Garcia fights Jessie Vargas in a Welterweight clash at Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas.

Winters was confirmed as Parker's next opponent earlier this month.

Winters, 39, will be coming off two upset wins in 2019.

Parker is fizzing for his overdue return to action, especially after the sublime performance he just witnessed when Fury beat Wilder for the WBC heavyweight title last weekend, reports Stuff.

He says he found Fury inspirational.

"When you see something like that, you want to be in the ring."
